Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your vision care will cost if you don’t have insurance or are not using insurance.

- If you receive a bill that is $400 or more over the Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the excess amount or the bill.
- You have a right to the Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before the service. You may also ask for the Estimate before you decide to schedule service.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate
- Glasses orders are created in real time and the pricing is known and agreed upon when you make a down payment. There is no requirement for Good Faith Estimate ahead of time for that.
